Half full or half empty???

Which one will you prefer most? It is half full bottle of water or half empty bottle of water. If you claimed yourself as a positive person, you will definitely choose half full bottle of water. Why is that so? It is because positive people see things differently and beautifully. They will not take things as trouble but they see it as courages for them to be a better ones.

To be or not to be is our own choice. We have to be responsible for every of our own decisions. If you choose to be a negative thinker, do not blame others as your life will not be interesting as others. But, if you choose to be a positive thinker, do not be surprised that happiness will come and search for you. This is the reason why we have to be positive. A positive mind anticipates happiness, joy, health and a successful outcome of every situation and action. Whatever the mind expects, it finds.

But somehow, not everyone will believes and accept this. For them, how positive you are, if you are destined to face difficulties, nothing will change it. They will start to blame others for what has happened to them, they will pointing others for their own mistakes. But not for the positive ones. What they will do is to find the solutions to improve the situation. Can you see the differences between these two types of thinker??

However, please bare in mind that both positive and negative minds are contagious. When we meet people, subconsciously we will send signal of our aura to the others through thoughts and feeling as well as body language. People will be happy and eaasy to get closer to those with positive minds. They will linger around positive people and somehow it connects one with another. When we have positive friends, we will eventually be a postive thinker as well.

On the other hand, negative thoughts, words, and attitude will merely bring up negative and unhappy mood, actions and atmosphere. When we think negatively, it will release unpleasant feeling that will cause unhappiness, bitterness and negativity. And, this will relate to failure, frustration and disappointment.

Here are some tips to develop positive mind:
  • Always motivate yourselves with positive words. I CAN DO IT!!
  • Try to disregard negative thoughts.
  • Visualize success outcome and happiness before any action taken.
  • Read atleast a paragraph of motivational book a day.
  • Watch movies and listen to songs that will make you happy.
  • Be with people who think positively and enjoy your life.
  • Always sit and walk with your back straight. This will strengthen your confidence and inner strength.
  • EXERCISE!!!!. This helps to develop a more positive attitude.
  • The simplest yet the most influential to send positivity to others is by smiling. It will do a lot!
p.s: Positive mind sees this world in colourful, negative mind sees it in black and white. Which one do you prefer??
